The cummerbund, or waistband, is one-size-fits-all, so it will fit your body perfectly. You only need to choose the size of the plate bag to match the armor plates you plan to use. The Medium size fits most common plates like 10x12 and SAPI Medium , while the Large size is for SAPI Large plates or other large plates up to 10.30" x 13.25".
