• Return Period: 30 Days from the date of delivery.
• Return Exemptions: We reserve the right to refuse returns.  Returns may be subject to fees.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• General Returns: Take a picture of the item and include it in the return request.  We pay return shipping if we make a mistake.
• Estimated Shipping Period: 3-10 Days inside the U.S. (Unless faster shipping is purchased.)
• Estimated Handling Period: 0-3 Days (Unless items are shown as out of stock)
• Items with Delays: Select items have production delays.  Delays will be shown on the product page. If no delay is shown, no delay in shipping or handling is expected.
• Shipping: Free shipping on orders over certain values. Inside of the USA.  It may not apply to orders under $95 or to orders shipping outside CONUS.  

Depending on multiple factors, free shipping offers may be limited to the lower 48 United States. All shipping times are plus handling. For example, if shipping time is two days, there will also be a handling time of at least one day. Please contact us ahead of time for special shipping requirements.

Shipping times are estimates and may not be accurate.  Packages may arrive early or later.

Purchasing Shipping Protection or similar coverage will protect the package while it is in transit. If the package is lost during transit you may be asked to start a package claim with the carrier and/or file a police report. Once done, it will be at the discretion of Atomic Defense to issue another package.  Ensure you have a safe place for all packages to be delivered.  Once delivered by the carrier, it is your responsibility to make sure the package is safe.  Package carriers generate a GPS location when the package is delivered.  

Atomic Defense cannot be held responsible for the acts of the package carrier.  If a carrier company is late, damages, or otherwise does any unplanned or unwanted act - Atomic Defense, LLC and our staff are not liable.  If your package encounters any of the above problems, please contact the carrier's support team for help.
