The modern ballistic helmet is a centralized platform meant to support a wide range of heavy tactical gear. Ops-Core Padding | Where is it Used?

Additionally, components like Polinazell 20 foam resist chemical breakdown and rotting in highly humid, tropical conditions.
- Arid and Desert Climates: Vented liner configurations increase airflow across the scalp, creating a cooling effect. The outermost comfort pads are wrapped in breathable, moisture-wicking textiles that actively pull sweat away from the skin, preventing heat exhaustion and loss of focus in hot zones.
Ops-Core Padding | Why Operators Rely on it

- Stopping Back-Face Deformation: When a bullet strikes a helmet, the bullet's kinetic energy causes the interior wall to bulge inward toward the skull at high speed. - Multi-Hit Protection: Unlike traditional foams that shatter or permanently compress after a single impact, Ops-Core EPP foam has viscoelastic memory. - Eliminating the Cantilever Effect: Heavy gear mounted on the front brow pulls the helmet down over the user's eyes, forcing the neck muscles to constantly strain. Padding systems and accessories, such as the Universal Nape Pad, securely anchor the helmet to the base of the skull, evenly distributing weight and eliminating severe neck fatigue.
- Passive Aiming Stability: When an operator sprints or fast-ropes, the momentum of front-heavy gear causes a poorly padded helmet to bounce or "seesaw".
