What is the Unity Tactical Raxis for the Mawl mount for?
The RAXIS™ mount is made to hold the MAWL setup laser on your rifle. Its main job is to rotate the laser so it sits directly on top of the rail, right in line with your rifle's body. This makes your whole weapon setup slimmer and helps it not get snagged when you put it away in a car or a bag.
Can I use the RAXIS™ with other lasers besides the MAWL®?
No, the RAXIS™ is specially designed only for the B.E. Meyers® MAWL® laser device. It has not been tested with other lasers, so it is not guaranteed to work with anything else.
What are the two different mounting options?
You can buy the Unity RAXIS for BEM MAWL with two types of mounts. The Rail Clamp uses screws to lock the mount onto your rail for a very solid setup. The FAST™ QD Lever is a quick-detach lever that lets you put on or take off the mount very fast without tools.
Should I use Loctite® or other thread lockers when I install it?
No, you should not use any thread locking compounds like Loctite®. Using them is not recommended and it will void your warranty.

- A re-certification cost of 20% applies to returns of ballistic and bulletproof products.
- The 20% recertification covers the cost of ensuring the armor is safe. Usually starting with X-Raying the armor for cracks underneath the coating, inspection for damage, and water damage testing. Without this 20%, we would not be able to offer returns on armor.
- There is no way for us to know how or if it was used once shipped, and we have to consider them unsafe until retested, inspected and certified.
- Exchanges and non-ballistic products do not have a re-certification cost.
