- A re-certification cost of 20% applies to returns of ballistic and bulletproof products.
- The 20% recertification covers the cost of ensuring the armor is safe. Usually starting with X-Raying the armor for cracks underneath the coating, inspection for damage, and water damage testing. Without this 20%, we would not be able to offer returns on armor.
- There is no way for us to know how or if it was used once shipped, and we have to consider them unsafe until retested, inspected and certified.
- Exchanges and non-ballistic products do not have a re-certification cost.

Order was smooth and shipping was quick. Atomic Defense responded to every one of my emails and helped get the item shipped once it was restocked. Very happy with this device. It is so interesting to see heat signatures in real time. It also allows you visibility in no light conditions, areas with lots of light pollution, basically a must have for any boater.

This company is great. They are extremely attentive to any emails I sent and responded immediately. They would be a 5/5 if they have the product in house and it shifted immediately. This is an expensive product - 5000 dollars and therefore it makes sense that the do not house it. I will definitely bifem them again

First, Atomic defense is great to work with. Customer service is friendly and extremely responsive. The RH25 V2 is easy to use. Resolution and detection is amazing for something as small as this. Image resolution is outstanding. The screen is massive and very easy to see. The menu and user manual are easy to use. Focusing is quick and easy with the included throw lever. The remote is surprisingly awesome when using as a weapon optic. The whole unit is tiny and lightweight. The screen is not exactly true 1x but close enough to not cause an instant headache when using both eyes open. The quality is top notch with a well fit hard case. There are 3 weapon presets for cowitnessing to different rifles along with zero distance shifts- note: have not tested the reliability and repeatability of these features yet.
The down sides, not many but are worth noting. Battery life isn't great, however, 18650's charge fast and are common. The included qd mount is tall at 1.9". This is nice as a stand alone optic but doesn't cowitness with most optics. The app is hit and miss if it wants to connect or not, this could be my phone. All in all, 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy only one thermal to fit multiple roles.

First impressions were very good. Build quality and packaging are top notch. The hard case is awesome. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I'm still learning the unit but initial impressions are fantastic. Picture quality, reticles and color palette options are excellent and allow the user many great options. to get this unit really dialed in. I'm not to interested in recording video but having the options are great and I will be recording and picture taking at some point because now I have the choice.
