    • Wrong Items:  Atomic Defense takes pictures of orders before they are packaged and shipped.  We pay for return, recertification and exchange shipping costs if we ever make a mistake on your orders. 
    • Rules for Returns:  We may deduct refurbishing costs, plus materials and labor, of used products or modified products.  This includes, but is not limited to; products with residue, smells, scratches, missing parts, debris, dents and damage. **We reserve the right to refuse returns. 
    • Packaging: Ensure returns are packaged safely with thick padding on all six sides.  Failure to correctly package returns may damage products and will be deducted from Buyer's account.

      • A re-certification cost of 20% applies to returns of ballistic and bulletproof products. 
        • The 20% recertification covers the cost of ensuring the armor is safe. Usually starting with X-Raying the armor for cracks underneath the coating, inspection for damage, and water damage testing. Without this 20%, we would not be able to offer returns on armor.
        • There is no way for us to know how or if it was used once shipped, and we have to consider them unsafe until retested, inspected and certified.
        • Exchanges and non-ballistic products do not have a re-certification cost.

            Not really sure about this helmet...

            My helmet was delivered in a re-used box (see photo). This gave me trepidation as to what I'd find inside. I was expecting it to be in a new, clean plastic bag. It was wrapped in bubble wrap with paper packing. It fits perfectly with the tan pads, although the headband suspension presses into my head, just behind my ears. It's almost painful at first but the discomfort decreases with time but doesn't completely go away. Cosmetically, it's a beautifully manufactured helmet. There's only one tiny sticker on the inside that specifies its NIJ protection level rating. I suspect it's made in China. I just hope it provides the ballistic head protection I need should I ever need it.

            Solid tactical gloves

            I looked up what the navy seals use and this glove came highly recommended. I can honestly say it lives up to the reviews. Index, middle and thumb fingers being exposed made it very easy to shoot and reload my magazines all with the gloves on. The increased grip gloves offer already improved my accuracy from recoil control by about 30%. I even broke several of my handguns down field stripping for cleaning and manipulation of misfiring drills and was surprised at how much the gloves didn’t restrict or delay me. Definitely my new favorite alternative from the full hand and finger gloves I’ve used in the past. So comfortable I even leave them on in regular work activities daily and hardly notice I’m wearing them. Highly durable and well worth the very fair price.

            Pictures don’t do it justice… When i got my hands on this helmet I was VERY impressed ! The weight takes a little getting used to for the average citizen but it will definitely protect your head from small arms fire.. It comes with extra padding to adjust/improve the fit.
            Plenty of “hook n loop”..
            Be prepared with this awesome helmet !
